Project Detail:  Bespoke New 5460sqft Executive Home.

A unique 3 storey, 6 bedroom new build house for a local property developer who designs their houses to an extremely high standard, and demand a build quality and finish to match this.

Specialist features of this contract included a temperature controlled 1500 bottle underground wine cellar,  water underfloor heating system throughout with thermostatic controlled sensors in every room.
