Ducklington Under 15′s Football Team – Oxfordshire

Ducklington started their foorball journey at under 7′s competing in friendly non competitive games.  They progressed in under 8, 9, 10′s in the Witney and District Competitive Leagues, where they were very successful winning the respective leagues in all their age groups.  They then moved to under 11′s still in the Witney and District League playing 11 a side, coming runners up in the League and Knock Out cup.  At under 12′s they became “A” League Champions and Knock out winners.  Continuing this double success through under 13′s level stepping up to the Oxford Mail Youth League where they became “A” League and Knock Out champions.

 

In the County Cups they are undefeated in under 13′s and 14′s and now the under 15′s after successfully reaching and winning the final.

The boys are now also the Oxford Mail Under 15′s League Champions.

On tours the team has become very successful playing in the festival of football tournaments, at Bognor Regis winning 2 out of the 3 finals, leading on to National Finals at Warwick University Campus, where the team became National Champions in 2014/15.  They also represented Oxfordshire in the ACES Festival in Leicestershire, reaching the quarter finals before going out on penalties.  They have also entered and enjoyed success in local football tournaments and continue to do so.

Bradley Smith – Oxfordshire

Bradley races into his fourth season in the toughest and most demanding of all World Sporting arenas – The MotoGP World Championship. He faces the considerable challenge with massive confidence after a superb 2015 season riding for the Monster Tech 3 Yamaha team.

His top ten finishes in all 18 grands prix produced a magnificent sixth place in the World Championship. He was the highest placed British and non-factory rider and beat the factory Ducati of Andrea Dovizioso to claim that sixth place.

Local Motorsport Team – Oxfordshire

The story of Greaves Motorsport has its origin in Tim Greaves’ passion for the sport and his desire to race at the highest levels of the sport both as a driver and Team Principal. Those goals have been achieved with great success and here is the timeline.   They made their début in international motorsport during 2006.  They have gone from strength to strength, winning the LM P2 class at the Le Mans 24 Hours in 2011, they also took 3rd place in 2013.
