Project Detail:  New two storey extension and external works to create a secluded   courtyard setting.

The extension has been built out of Cotswold natural stone with red brick quoins, and slate roof, to complement the existing barn conversion.  Bespoke German manufactured gliding doors were installed in the gable wall.

A large Cotswold stone retaining wall with a sunken patio was formed out of Indian sandstone and slate feature panels to blend in with the external house colours.

Cumnor Hill – Oxford

Project Detail: Construction of a 1000 sqft two storey extension and the later refurbishment of 2 En-suite bathrooms.

Construction of a two storey extension for a private client on Cumnor Hill, Oxford.  Consisting of a large kitchen breakfast room with hand made ash units and granite surfaces and 2 bedrooms and a wet room design shower room above.   Electric underfloor heating was installed throughout with specialist joinery from local suppliers.

 We later carried out extensive refurbishment works to, two en-suite bathrooms, which included the installation of a bespoke glass steam room, Italian tiled walls & floors and a wet underfloor heating system.

Swinbrook – Oxfordshire

Project Detail: Single store studio extension with fully glazed roof.

Construction of a single storey extension attached to a listed building located in a beautiful Cotswold village.

The studio was built using locally sourced Cotswold stone and bath stone quoins to blend in with surrounding buildings.  A necessity for the client was a fully glazed roof to allow natural daylight as the room was going to be used as a studio.

We also supplied and installed custom made iron railings to an external staircase, replacing the rusty old ones.

Project Detail: Extension and refurbishment.

A large 3 storey extension and refurbishment to the existing cottage built out of natural stone walling with oak framing and boarding to the upper levels.   Constructed on a sloping site on the banks of a river.

Covered Oak balconies connecting with living areas giving first floor outside spaces with splendid views over open countryside. Traditional specification and detailing with some modern balustrade features.
