Aston and Cote Play Group – Oxfordshire

Client:  Aston & Cote Play Group Committee

Contract Value:  £220,000.00

Project Detail:  Demolition of the existing play school building.  Design & construction of a new bespoke timber frame & cedar clad play group facility.

By working closely with the Aston & Cote play group committee from the design stage through to the completion we were able to produce a new extremely high standard and cost effective facility. 

Working closely with schools from the early design stage, we can help keep costs down by presenting cheaper alternatives.

North leigh memorial hall front

North Leigh Memorial Hall – Oxfordshire

Client: North Leigh Parish Council

Contract Value: £750,000.00

Project Detail: New Memorial Hall.

The contract involved demolition of an existing 1930’s Village Hall, followed by the construction of a bespoke new memorial hall with separate youth centre facilities, library and village post office on the existing site.

The main building was constructed using a portal frame structure, with laminated timbers and glazed electrically operated roof lanterns.

Wootton community centre external

Wootton and Dry Sandford Community Centre - Oxfordshire

Client:  Wootton Parish Council

Contract Value:  £1,300,000.00

Project Detail:  Large extension & alterations including new Oxfordshire County Council Children’s Centre.

The project specification constantly evolved throughout the contract and RMD worked closely with the committee consisting of Frankham Consultancy Group, Wootton and Dry Sandford Council and Oxford County Council to deliver the project on time, on budget and to the high specification desired.
